We collect personal data provided by you when you join as a member including name, address, email address and telephone number etc. We use contact details to keep members informed about club news and events by mail, telephone and electronic means. From time to time we may also forward details of events or information from other organisations which the committee feels could be of interest to members and which are relevant to the club's activities. Where necessary for the operation of club events members’ details may be published, for example telephone numbers of walk leaders will be included in the members’ walk programme and photos of walks and events may be used on the website.
